ibysolutions.com is the marketing site of IBY Solutions LLC, a Florida company. Browsing it is free and using it means you accept these terms. Content on this site (text, imagery, the Truf mascot, design) belongs to IBY Solutions and may not be copied or reused commercially without permission.

Pricing on this site

Published prices are honest starting points under the scope each pack describes. The exact number for your project is fixed in a written quote before any work starts, and it does not move unless the scope does. A price on this page is an invitation to talk, not a contract by itself.

Engagements

Client work is governed by the written scope and invoice for that project, which take precedence over this page. Work starts when scope is agreed and payment clears. You own the deliverables built for you once they are paid for. Tooling, infrastructure, and methods that existed before your project or that run it behind the scenes stay ours.

What we promise and what we do not

Systems get built carefully, tested, and run in production. That said, this site and its content are provided as is: no guarantee of specific business results, rankings, or revenue, because nobody honest can promise those. Liability for any claim related to this site or a project is limited to the amount you actually paid for the work in question.

Fair use of the site

Do not scrape this site abusively, attack its forms, misrepresent who you are in an inquiry, or use anything here to break the law. We may refuse or end service to anyone abusing the site or the inbox.

Privacy

How inquiry data is handled lives in the Privacy Policy. It is short and worth the read.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes are handled in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
